Do you do customisation, bulk orders or collaborations?
Contact us directly for any customisation requests. Our stockists do not handle any customisation requests.
Customisation normally will take a week to a month to complete depending on the requirements and materials we have. We have a portfolio of customised aeriums for events like weddings, birthdays, house-warmings, cafes, etc.
For a start, kindly provide us with the following information for us to craft an aerium you will love!
- your container dimensions (with photos if any) / type of container you prefer from our shop
- colours of your preference and/or type of dried flowers
- when you will need it
We will help to do a mix and match on our end according to your preference. Refer to our Shop for a guide on the design you would like to have a closer design proposal and quote from us.
Kindly give us at least 2 months notice as we would need time for crafting and also for the decorations (especially for aeriums) to set in firmly. There will be a special bulk discount for orders over $400 with self collection only. Email us your orders and we will advice you accordingly on the payment details.

How long does Float on Air take to contact me after my purchase?
Payment verification is instant and you will receive an email confirming the payment (other than bank transfer). We will send you a text message within 24 hours to confirm the details for order collection. Meet-ups will be scheduled at a later date if we are away.
If you have a preferred location/time or would like to collect at our place in Sengkang, feel free to add in under “Note” before carting out. Kindly ensure that you have provided us with your mobile number and email address so that we are able to reach you. We’ll do our best to response as quick as possible.
Where can I collect my order?
We do meet-up at certain MRT stations. You are also able to self-collect at my block, Sengkang.

Do you provide packaging?
What are the payment modes Float on Air accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payments via PayPal and Bank Transfers. Orders via bank transfer will be reserved for 2 hours till the order expire.
We do not accept cash upon delivery. Once payment has been successfully transferred, you will receive an order confirmation email & whatsapp message.
All prices stated are in Singapore Dollar (SGD).
Can I pay in cash upon meet-up? / Can I make reservations for my order?
No. We seek your understanding that full payment is required beforehand to start crafting orders and reserve a timeslot for your order collection. Payment has to be made to secure/reserve any orders.
Can I have a look at the products before purchase?
Sorry, we only accept online orders and will do our best to depict and describe the products as accurate as we can.
Do you have a retail store? / Where can I buy your products?
Unfortunately, we do not own a retail store but we do hope to own a retail space one day! 😀
Feel free to view and purchase our full range of products listed on our website and we will do a meet up for your order collection. Payment can be made through our website.
Do you do delivery?
Delivery is available for orders more than $100 for an additional fee (ranging for $20 and above, depending on location). Delivery service during holiday seasons and peak periods are subjected to availability. Drop us an email if you are interested to have your order hand delivered (preferred dates & time) and we will advise you the total charges separately.
Orders S$300 and above are eligible for free shipping. We are only able to ship within Singapore currently.
Do you provide mailing / courier services?
We are sorry that third party courier, mailing services are not available as we would want to ensure our products to reach you in their best possible condition. Glass aeriums are fragile and air plants are not recommended to be in enclosed packaging for a long period of time.
Where do I find the dimensions of each product?
Dimensions can be found at the bottom of each product’s page, under “Additional Information” tab.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
No cancellations or changes (additions, partial deductions or substitutions) can be made to your order once it has been placed. If you would like to add more items, please place a new order from our website. We reserve the rights to cancel any order placed on our website at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. A full refund will be issued at the time of cancellation along with an email notification that the order has been cancelled.
Can I request for a refund / exchange / return?
We are sorry that no return or exchange for goods sold.

How long do the air plants and preserved flowers last?
Air plants can survive for a handful of years till they bloom and have new offsprings. Preserved flowers can last for a couple of years if taken care of.

Do you conduct workshops?
Yes! We are in the midst of planning a workshop collaboration at a design studio in the last quarter of 2017. We will keep everyone posted when the details are finalized.
Any private or corporate workshops can also be arranged. Write to us if you are interested!
Missing air plant from stockist?
We hope to seek your understanding that the shops retailing our products are only with preserved flowers. For products with air plants, they are exclusively on our website.
