Every order will be packaged with a hardy, fitting kraft paper bag. After collection, mist the air plants 5 days later. Pre-order will be appreciated for sufficient crafting time 🙂 Refer to our plant care guide for more plant care information.

Collection Point & Time Slots
After payment, you will be notified via WhatsApp to confirm your desired meetup/self collection schedule within a day. At least 24 hours notification shall be provided in any case that any party decides to re-schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Self collection is highly recommended as we will want to ensure our products are well delivered into your good hands. It’s a free service so YAY to no shipping fees!

Self-collection with any amount of purchase
We will provide you an address to pick up at Sengkang (beside a LRT station) if you opt for self-collection.
- Mon-Tue: 8am – 11pm
- Wed-Fri: After 8pm
- Sat & Sun: 9am – 12pm, after 9.30pm
All time schedules are subjected to availability, week’s schedule & can be arranged. Priority will be given to customers who have already reserved the time slots. During festive seasons, we will be doing mass meet-up to fulfil everyone’s order.
We are partnering with a courier service provider to have our delicate products delivered with no minimum order!
- Normal Delivery – Mon-Sat (except Public Holidays): $12
- Special Delivery – Sun & Public Holidays: $20
We deliver anywhere in Singapore, except offshore islands and restricted zones (e.g. Sentosa island, military camps & bases).
You will be contacted within 1 working day from the date of purchase to confirm your delivery details. Kindly include in your order if you have a specific date for delivery and we will contact you if the desired date is possible. Orders will be delivered between 10am and 10pm. You could include a preferred dates or a 6 hours time range (e.g. 12-6pm or before 7pm) for Delivery under “Order Notes” to facilitate the process. We are sorry that we are unable to fulfill a specific delivery time.
If the order is undelivered during the first attempt, our courier will contact and arrange another delivery with you. They will attempt delivery up to 2 times before the order is returned back to us. If you require additional delivery after that, another round of delivery fee will have to be charged. Orders will not ship until full payment has been received & verified.
We are not responsible or liable for the loss of, or damage to, any items delivered but will ensure and remind the courier to be extra careful in handling all deliveries. We are also new to this service, please bear with us! 🙂
Orders S$300 and above are eligible for free shipping.
No cancellations or changes (additions, partial deductions or substitutions) can be made to your order once it has been placed. If you would like to add more items, please place a new order from our website. We reserve the rights to cancel any order placed on our website at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
