All orders are subjected to acceptance by Float on Air in Singapore.


We reserve the rights to cancel any order placed on our website at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. A full refund will be issued at the time of cancellation along with an email notification that the order has been cancelled. No full or partial refund will be given for goods sold. No cancellations or changes (additions, partial deductions or substitutions) can be made to your order once it has been placed. If you would like to add more items, please place a new order from our website.


All prices, pictures and descriptions on this website are subjected to change without notice. We will do our best to depict and describe the products as accurate as we can. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Air plants, preserved flowers may vary in colours, shapes, sizes and have minor imperfections. Measurements of our containers are approximate and colours may vary slightly.


There is no warranty for all products sold. We will ensure all our products are in their best condition and plants are healthy before meet-up. Please check your orders are accurate upon collection. We welcome you to purchase extra air plant if you wish to give it another try (only self-collection at my block, Sengkang).

We shall not be liable for any damages, loss of products after goods delivered. Additional costs will be incurred if you wish to send back the products for repair (note that it’s case by case basis) depending on the damage. We assumes no liability for any replacements.


We are not responsible for any late meet-up or cancellation of meet-up due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders not collected within 3 months, (with more than 2 re-scheduled meet-ups, except pre-order items) will be considered abandoned. Float on Air has the right to dispose it without further notice.

5: Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided on the order form. We will try our best to fulfill the delivery on the desired date (order at least 10 working days in advance)

We hold no liability & responsibility:

–  If delivery time exceeds (delays) the range of delivery time requested that is transported by the third party delivery service. (e.g. bad weather, festive seasons, that are beyond our control, etc)

– Any damage, loss, missing in any item during the shipment.

– Insufficient or improper addressing information provided and delivered.

– Failure by you to take delivery of or collect the shipment after being notified to do so.

– If there’s other additional charges, which we will notify you.

For cancellation of delivery, no refunds will be given for any point of time.

Buyer will take all risks and responsibilities at any point of time for delivery.

We do not shipped overseas.

Float on Air reserve the right to terminate or suspend this service at any time without assigning any reason. We shall not be liable to you or to any other party for any damages, losses, cost or expenses howsoever caused by or arising out of such termination or suspension.

Float on Air shall have no liability for any personal injury, property damage or loss based on any claim at all including a claim the product failed to give warning.

For products crafted according to the buyer’s specifications, the buyer will further be responsible that the said specifications and/or products do not infringe any intellectual property rights of any other party. Float on Air shall be fully indemnified by the buyer against any such infringement.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. The revised terms and conditions will be posted on this website and shall take effect from the date of such posting. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of these terms and conditions.
